Our family has had a long-standing relationship with our attorney, Michele Cromer, & her firm of Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas, P.C. My parents relocated to Pittsburgh from Mercer County due to failing health & increasing need for family support in the early 2000s. My mother had declining health & an eventual diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with a very short life expectancy. Our attorney, Michele, came to my parents' home & assembled all the documents we needed for POA, health directives & wills. She was exceedingly gracious & compassionate in addition to being professional & expedient in getting everything necessary organized. Michele executed an LLC for my wife & me for my dental practice as well as a couple of rental units. She has helped my wife & me as well as my sister-in-law to have all our necessary documents completed and recently updated. In this time of COVID, we had zoom meetings to get most questions resolved & then Michele arranged an in-person meeting at the firm's offices in Pittsburgh. She is again always pleasant, offering her opinion when asked, & completing the work competently. We are still in the process of completing our estate planning.
