Vincent A. Tucceri
Mr. Tucceri's practice is focused in personal injury, real estate, civil litigation, contract law, criminal law and municipal law.
Mr. Tucceri serves as a partner in the law firm of Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas, P.C. Hailing from Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, Mr. Tucceri received his B.A. from West Virginia University in 1973 where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Fraternity. In 1978, Mr. Tucceri received his J.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia. That same year, he was admitted to the Court of Common Pleas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court (Eastern District, PA) and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
From 1975 to 1980, Mr. Tucceri worked as a law clerk and then as an associate in the law firm of Harry J. Agzigian and Associates. In 1980, Mr. Tucceri was admitted to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and also became an Associate in the law firm of Larry P. Gaitens, P.C. Mr. Tucceri was granted partnership in the law firm of Gaitens & Tucceri, P.C. in 1982. Mr. Tucceri was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1983, the United States District Court (Western District, PA) in 1986 and the United States Court of Federal Claims in 1994.
Mr. Tucceri is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania and Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.
Romel L. Nicholas
Mr. Nicholas concentrates on all aspects of civil litigation, municipal law, contract law and personal injury law.
Romel L. Nicholas is a partner at Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas, P.C. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his B.A. in 1979. From there, he went on to receive his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1982.
In 1982, Mr. Nicholas was admitted to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court (Western District PA). In 1986, he was then admitted to the United States Supreme Court and in 1991 he achieved admittance to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and to the United States District Court, District of Columbia.
From 1982 to 1986, Mr. Nicholas worked as an associate in the law firm of Gaitens & Tucceri, P.C. In 1986, Attorney Nicholas was granted partnership in the law firm of Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas, P.C.
Mr. Nicholas is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association. He was appointed to the Allegheny County Bar Association Professional Ethics Committee in 1985, and is currently serving in this position.
Michele McPeak Cromer
Michele McPeak Cromer concentrates on estate administration, estate planning, real estate, civil litigation, corporate law and family law.
Mrs. Cromer joined the firm in 1990 as a law clerk and became an associate upon being admitted to the Bar in 1992. Mrs. Cromer became a partner in 2002. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she received her BA from Allegheny College in 1989. She then received her JD from the Capital University of Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 1992.
In 1992, Mrs. Cromer was admitted to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court (Western District PA). In 1997, she was granted admission to the United States Supreme Court.
Mrs. Cromer was a contributor and co-host of Healthy, Wealthy and Wise; a Woman's Guide to Maximizing Her Assets monthly radio show from 1998 through 2003. She was also the author of a monthly column for the Pittsburgh Boomer magazine from 1999 through 2007. She participated as a faculty member with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in 1999. She has lectured with the Successful Money Management Lecture Series on estate planning issues, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Powers of Attorney. Mrs. Cromer is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Anthony T. Colangelo
Anthony T. Colangelo focuses his practice on worker's compensation, insurance defense, and municipal matters.
Mr. Colangelo is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations' Worker's Compensation Sections and is a past member of the Allegheny County Worker's Compensation Section Council. He has given many lectures to various professional groups on worker's compensation matters, focusing on the defense of worker's compensation claims by insurance carriers, large self-insured entities, and governmental units.
Mr. Colangelo is from Hazleton, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania in 1982 and then went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985. In the same year, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He was admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1991, and the State of West Virginia in 2010.
Mr. Colangelo started his career in 1985 as a law clerk for the Honorable P. Richard Thomas, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He then became an Associate in the law firm of Wilder & Mahood in 1987. In 1988, Mr. Colangelo held an Associate position in the law firm of Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas, P.C., and in 1999 he became a partner.
Thomas P. McDermott
Thomas P. McDermott serves as Municipal Solicitor and Litigator and, concentrates his practice in municipal law.
Mr. McDermott attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating cum laude and a member of the Order of Coif. Attorney McDermott was granted partnership in Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas in 2009.
While attending law school, Mr. McDermott worked under the Chief Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General, where he gained extensive experience participating with staff attorneys defending the Commonwealth and its public officials on civil rights cases, discrimination claims, and complex tort and other civil litigation.
Mr. McDermott is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Bar Association for Pennsylvania and for Allegheny County. He belongs to the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Solicitors and volunteers his expert advice for various community projects.
Mr. McDermott serves as Municipal Solicitor and Litigator at GTN, concentrating his practice in municipal law, representing First Class and Second Class Townships and Boroughs in both mature and fast-growing communities. He's also handled many Land Use cases in complex zoning and other developmental issues.
Nathaniel J. Boring
Nathaniel Boring is an associate attorney at GTN Law. Mr. Boring's primary practice area is on the diverse field of municipal law. In this role, he provides all legal guidance and legal services that might be required by school districts, counties, cities, boroughs, townships, water and sewer authorities, and any other municipal entity.
Mr. Boring earned his Bachelor's degree in political science and sociology from Penn State University. Mr. Boring graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.
Corey A. Bauer
Corey Bauer is a litigation associate attorney at GTN Law. Mr. Bauer's practice is in civil litigation, personal injury and criminal defense. He has recorded an impressive track record in both civil and criminal litigation in the time since receiving his license and continues to go above and beyond for his clients daily.
Moreover, having experience in commercial and business litigation, as well as in business brokering, he often advises clients on liability issues and assists in the drafting of contracts and agreements in strategic ways to avoid liability. Further, as a licensed real estate agent in addition to his law license, Mr. Bauer has developed a practice in advising commercial real estate investors, commercial real estate brokerages, and commercial landlords on various matters.
Prior to joining GTN Law, Attorney Bauer clerked at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, worked as an associate in a preeminent local criminal defense firm, and most recently owned his own practice while acting as in house counsel for a local commercial real estate brokerage.
Attorney Bauer attended Kent State University, receiving a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Comparative Politics. He then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law while earning the William H. Eckert Prize for Superior Upper-Level Legal Research and Writing. He also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Securities Arbitration, Advanced Trial Evidence, and Criminal Defense and Prosecutorial Ethics.
Mr. Kustra is an Associate Attorney at GTN Law. Mr. Kustra's practice is focused on criminal law, labor and employment, personal injury, contract law, medical malpractice, and municipal law.
Mr. Kustra graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology. He then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was a member of the mock trial team and a staff editor on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
Mr. Kustra is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association.
