Professional, yet compassionate
I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Michele under not so great circumstances when my sister passed several years ago. Michele was very professional and yet compassionate. She understood the difficulties our family was faced with and made everything involved as painless as possible. Michele was very accommodating during our time of need and made herself available to myself and family on our terms, a very refreshing attitude that I can't thank her enough for.
Fast forward to 2020 and I/we had to enlist Michele's services again when our beloved Mother passed away. During this most recent experience Michele offered on several occasions to come to the family home in order to complete necessary paperwork as she realized some family members were unable to get to her, this was unexpected but very much appreciated.
Michele has and will always hold a very special place in our hearts not only as a very talented professional but also as a person we can legitimately call a friend.
