Bailey Gilchrist joined GTN Law as a full-time Associate Attorney following her admission to the Bar in 2023. Since joining GTN, she has worked in a variety of practice areas, with a focus on municipal law, tax assessment, real estate and property law, contract law, and general litigation.
Bailey graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Sociology: Criminology and Law Enforcement, as well as Psychology, and a minor in Forensic Psychology. She then earned her JD from West Virginia University's College of Law where she served as a student attorney for the WVU Immigration Law Clinic. During her time at WVU's College of Law, Bailey was also able to gain a variety of experiences working with the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office, as well as externing with the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Aloi, for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. These opportunities gave her an appreciation for all aspects of the law and helped her understand the importance of the ability to evolve to different practice areas and the needs of her clients.
Bailey is currently admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of PA.
